Our orders are dispatched from France and prepared from Monday to Saturday.
You have 15 days to return your order. This is how we proceed:
- You send us an email with your order number so we are aware of your want to make a return.
- You send back the piece that you don't want to the address that will be sent to you by email.
- If you want to return it and get refunded - that's all you have to do.
- If you want to exchange it - you will get refunded so you can order a new one.
