• Do not wring
• Low heat iron

We produce your order in 2-3 weeks before its shipped. Our orders are dispatched from France and prepared from Monday to Saturday. 

We are accepting returns. This is how we proceed:

- Send us an email at contact@shopbalou.com with your order number so we are aware of your return and you'll receive the return address.

- You have 15 days to send back our order in perfect condition.

- Once we receive it back, we will refund you. After that, you can order a new size or piece if you wish.

However, Balou does not take responsibilities for a missing package.
